Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally known as Andra day is an American R&B artist and singer. She's won an Grammy Award and Children's and Family Emmy Award. Golden Globe Award and Academy Award nominations are also an honor for her. Andra Days is a strong artist who also writes beautifully. She is not only an expert in throwback R&B Her musical roots are gospel jazz and blues. Her debut single Cheers to Autumn (2015) has topped the hiphop/R&B charts. Additionally, her contribution in Marshall (2017) have earned the singer a Grammy Award as well as an Academy Award. Amen as well as the singles Make Your Troubles Away and The United States Versus Billie Holiday all have singles that are building anticipation for the release of her new album. Andra day is born Cassandra Monique Batie, in Edmonds Washington. She grew up around San Diego and the metropolitan city. She sang in churches and enrolled in The School of Creative and Performing Arts. When she left the School of Performing and Creative Arts, Andra Day began to focus her attention on contemporary R&B and pop, but she soon found that her roots in soulful jazz were the ones she was attracted to. Kai Millard Morris recorded a concert of Day, and later gave her husband Stevie Wonder some of Day's music. The Motown legend linked Day to music industry veteran Adrian Gurvitz. Day, allied with Gurvitz's Buskin label and Jeffrey Evans' Buskin record company, built a following on YouTube and signed by Warner Bros. in 2012. Day then released her debut song Forever Mine. It was played promptly by radio DJs. She subsequently joined Warner Bros. Records and started work with the producer Adrian Gurvitz to record her debut album Cheers to the fall (2015). It included Rise Up, that has since become a global anthem of social justice movements. The album received nominations two times for Grammys. This included Best R&B Album. The United States Versus Billie Holiday was her second album that was released in the year 2019 and it was a concept album about Billie Holiday's life. The United States against Billie Holiday came out in 2021. It was the same year that she also appeared as Holiday. Andi matichak (born August 25, 1970) is an American actor. She first appeared in television series like 666 Park Avenue, Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods before making her film debut with Allyson Nelson in the film horror series Halloween and the sequels. Andi Mattichak was born the 3rd of May, 1994 in Framingham Massachusetts.
